The quickest way to understand it is to follow a single person from the door to the receipt, changing who you are as you go.
Register a patient and start a visit
As Brian on reception, then watch it appear on Mercy's queue board without anybody carrying a file.
Consult, prescribe, and order a test
As Peter. The prescription reaches Joseph in the pharmacy and the lab order reaches Sarah, both without leaving the room.
Dispense against that prescription
As Joseph. Stock comes off the batch that expires first, automatically, and the charge lands on the patient's bill.
Take the money
As Faith. Cash or M-Pesa, a receipt, and a shift that reconciles itself instead of an evening spreadsheet.

Three things worth knowing.
Everything inside is invented
The facility, the patients, the stock and the figures. No real person’s record is in there, and nothing you do can break anything — so please do try things.
Two-factor is switched off there
So you are not asked to enrol an authenticator before you have seen anything. On a facility’s own system it is on, and checked on every request.
It is shared
Other people are looking around the same facility, so you may find a patient you did not add. Your own facility would be yours alone, on its own database.
